To use certain features of Ziogram, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Ziogram provides a platform for social networking and e-commerce activities. This includes:

• Creating and sharing posts, stories, and reels
• Buying and selling products through the platform
• Using the wallet system for transactions
• Participating in live streaming and audio/video calls
• Boosting posts and running advertisements

You agree not to use Ziogram for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the application or any user. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting or sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or scams
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the application
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data

Users who list products for sale are responsible for:

• Providing accurate descriptions and images of products
• Setting fair and competitive prices
• Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Ziogram acts as a platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by users.

The Ziogram wallet feature allows you to store funds and make transactions within the application. All wallet transactions are subject to our payment policies and applicable financial regulations. Ziogram reserves the right to suspend or freeze accounts involved in suspicious financial activities.

All content, features, and functionality of the Ziogram application are owned by Plus Warrior Comics Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the application without our express written permission.

Your use of Ziogram is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Ziogram, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ziogram is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziogram and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms shall survive termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
